In June 2000 the company IT Power Consultants was found. Since September 2011 the company continues its business with the new trade name ITPower Solutions GmbH.

Under the umbrella of ITPower Solutions GmbH the two business divisions "Embedded" and "Print & Media" are covered.

• The division "Embedded" combines convincing core-competencies from the field of quality assurance and the development of software-development tools to innovative services and products for software development in the automotive industry and medical technology. 
• "Print & Media" IT services and business intelligence solutions to print and media industry. 

 The company is managed by Dr. Sadegh Sadeghipour and Mansour Kalantary.
